Qualified items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund. Qualified magnetic mattress pads may be returned within 180 days of purchase for exchange or refund. Please read our Guarantee and Warrantee Policy for details and qualifications.
You must obtain an authorization key (AK) before returning an item. The AK number allows us to accurately tract the information so your account can be properly credited. Items returned without an AK number can significantly delay or prevent proper credit. Return the item in its original condition (including packaging, manuals, accessories, etc.) along with the invoice. Your refund will be the purchase price of the item, less a 15% restocking fee, and less shipping and handling costs. Orders over $125.00 that may have qualified for prepaid shipping and handling will be charged back for our actual shipping and handling cost. No returns will be accepted after the stated return period.
Please allow up to two weeks from the time we receive your item to process your return. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier.
